    Today I started having an error message which lead me to download the latest version.
    After downloading and using the latest version, I received this error message:

  6. im trying to download all the pictures of a specific tag as i would see them if i just searched for the tag on the site, but the program is giving me errors

    i have a “tags.txt” text file with the 1 tag i want downloaded encoded in unicode

    i tried option 7 (like you suggested in another post) and got 3 errors

  7. Hello there! I seem to have hosed my database. I changed in list.txt my custom folder from C:pixivartists to D:pixivbackupartists. I didn’t like this change, so I switched it back. But now the utility is redownloading stuff I already downloaded, and putting it on my C: folder, when I routinely move files from my C: to my D:. Is there anything I can do to force the utility to remember its download history?

    1. If the DB is corrupted, then it will try to retry to download as it doesn’t have the reference.
      If the file already exists, it will skip the download.

      1. Is there a way I can manually edit the DB to “fix” what I messed up? I have a SQLite browser/editor. I don’t want to have to redownload files I deleted, and I don’t want to have to recheck files that still exist.

          1. Thank you. That was really helpful. I must have switched alwaysCheckFileSize to True, because once I switched it to False (as a guess) the utility started working as intended again. Much appreciated.

      1. Looks like your proxy doesn’t allow https connection for login. Try to login in your browser and use the cookies method to login (see the readme.txt) or use different proxy.

  9. Hello, I’ve some trouble using proxy feature.

    I get two different errors when trying to use proxy (both work fine through Mozilla)

    For example,
    useproxy = True
    proxyaddress = http://37.187.154.55:80

    First time I’m using the software after the government blocked pixiv =
    Am I doing something wrong? Both proxies don’t have usernames/passwords.

    1. the password is not shown in the console, just write normally and press enter. If still cannot login, try to write your username/password in config.ini
